摘要
癌性发热主要发生在恶性肿瘤进展期,患者常存在阴阳气不相顺接、寒热错杂等征象。《伤寒论》名方乌梅丸,现广泛应用于见寒热错杂征象的诸多疾病,有起阴通阳之功。在大量临床实践中,其治疗癌性发热常有良效,然其机理不甚明确。本篇试从“炙则起阴通阳”理论阐述乌梅丸治疗癌性发热的中医机理。
Cancerous Fever mainly occurs in the advanced stage of malignant tumors when patients often have the signs of yin qi and yang qi circulating out of order,as well as cold and heat in complexity.Wumei Pills,a famous prescription from the Treatise on Cold Damage,are widely used in diseases with the syndrome of cold and heat in complexity and can activate yin and promote yang.In numerous clinical practices,it often has good effects in treating cancerous fever,but its mechanism is unclear.Therefore,this paper aims to elucidate the mechanism of Traditional Chinese medicine in treating cancerous fever based on the theory of"Fever,activating yin and promoting yang".
