摘要
目的:系统评价壮医药线点灸为主治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:检索PubMed、EMbase、MEDLINE、Cochrane Library、中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)建库至2023年12月31日壮医药线点灸治疗带状疱疹的临床随机对照研究的相关文献。使用RevMan5.4软件对有效率、VAS评分、止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、后遗神经痛发生率等结局指标进行Meta分析。结果:共有37篇文献纳入研究,总病例数为3073例。Meta分析结果表明壮医药线点灸疗法在提高有效率、降低疼痛的VAS评分、缩短止痛时间、加快止疱时间、促进结痂时间、减少后遗神经痛发生率等方面均优于对照组。关于不良反应报告,试验组有1例,对照组有55例。结论:现有研究表明,以壮医药线点灸为主治疗带状疱疹存在临床疗效优势,不良反应极少。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of medicated threads moxibustion of Zhuang medicine on the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods Retrieve journal literature from PubMed,EMbase,MEDLINE,Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang,VIP,and CBM databases on clinical randomized controlled trials of medicated threads moxibustion of Zhuang medicine for the treatment of herpes zoster,from the establishment of the database to December 31,2023.RevMan5.4 was used to conduct Meta-analysis on the results as effective rate,VAS score,pain relief time,blister relief time,scab formation time,and PHN.Results A total of 37 articles were included in the study,including a total of 3073 cases.Results showed that:The therapy of medicated threads moxibustion of Zhuang medicine could increase effective rate,decreased the VAS score,analgesic time,shorten blister time,accelerate scabbing,and the reduction of postherpetic neuralgia was superior.Regarding adverse reaction reports,there was 1 case in the experimental group and 55 cases in the control group.Conclusion Existing research has shown that using medicated threads moxibustion of Zhuang medicine as the main treatment for herpes zoster has clinical efficacy advantages and few adverse reactions.
