摘要
目的:观察壮医活体水蛭疗法结合常规护理对亚急性湿疹的疗效。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月在广西国际壮医医院民族医学特色诊疗中心门诊和壮医经典病房门诊就诊的湿疹患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用壮医药线点灸疗法,观察组在对照组基础上增加壮医水蛭疗法,且两组均给予相同的壮医常规护理措施。对两组治疗前后EASI评分、VAS评分、DLQI评分以及血清炎症因子免疫球蛋白(Ig E)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素(IL-4、IL-6)进行比较。结果:两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率,高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的EASI评分、VAS评分、DLQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的各评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医水蛭疗法在治疗亚急性湿疹方面展现出显著效果,有效改善皮肤破损和瘙痒感,提升患者生活质量,且具有减轻皮肤炎症的作用,为湿疹的临床治疗提供了宝贵的参考。
Objective:To observe the effect of living leech therapy on subacute eczema and routine nursing.Methods:A total of 60 patients with eczema were selected from May 2023 to May 2024 in the outpatient department of Ethnic Medicine Characteristic Diagnosis and Treatment Center and classical ward of Zhuang Medicine in Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital,and divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with line moxibustion of Zhuang medicine,the observation group was supplemented with Zhuang medicine leech therapy on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were given the same routine nursing measures.EASI scores.VAS scores,DLQI scores,serum inflammatory factors(immunoglobulin(IgE),Interferon-,interferon-,etc.)of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.IFN-γand serum interleukin(IL-4,IL-6)were compared.Results:There was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,EASI scores,VAS scores and DLQI scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and EASI scores,VAS scores and DLQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hirudo therapy is effective in the treatment of eczema.It can effectively improve skin damage,relieve itching,and improve the overall quality of life of patients.In addition,the therapy also helps to reduce skin inflammation,providing a valuable reference value for clinical treatment.
