摘要
挥发性有机物(VOCs)是形成O_(3)和PM_(2.5)的重要前体物,是当前我国大气污染防治工作的突出短板和重点。天津市某大型机械厂VOCs主要来源于转子的缠绕、刮胶等场所,共涉及17个排气口,根据该厂废气风量大、浓度低的特点,提出了“活性炭吸附+催化燃烧”处理工艺。根据各排气口VOCs浓度的差异,将其分为两组分别进行处理,其中,P_(1)~P_(6)排气口设计废气量为50000 m^(3)/h,平均进气浓度为92.1 mg/m^(3);P_(7)~P_(17)排气口设计废气量为30000 m^(3)/h,平均进气浓度为122.9 mg/m^(3)。采用初效板式过滤+中效袋式过滤对废气进行预处理,再经过阻燃活性炭固定床吸附器进行吸附浓缩,脱附后的VOCs进入Pt/Pb催化燃烧装置进行彻底分解。运行结果显示,P_(1)-P_(6)排气口VOCs去除率达94.00%,P_(7)~P_(17)排气口VOCs去除率达97.98%,处理效果稳定,满足环保要求。该工艺安全可靠、处理效率高、投资运行成本低,可推广应用于其他含风量大、低浓度VOCs废气污染的治理。
Volatile organic compound(VOCs)is an important precursor for the formation of O_(3) and PM_(25),and is a key problem in the prevention and control of air pollution in China.The VOCs of a large-scale machinery plant in Tianjin mainly come from the winding and scraping of rotors,which involve 17 exhaust ports.According to the characteristics of the plant,such as large amount of exhaust air and low concentration,in this study,"activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion"process was proposed.According to the difference of VOCs concentration in exhaust ports,the VOCs were divided into two groups and treated separately.The designed exhaust volume of P_(1)-P_(6) vent was 50000 m^(3)/h,the average concentration of VOCs was 92.1 mg/m^(2),the exhaust volume of P7-P17 vent was 30000 m^(3)/h and the concentration of VOCs was 122.9 mg/m^(3).The waste gas was pretreated by primary plate filter+medium-effect bag filter,and then the VOCs were adsorbed and concentrated by flame-retardant activated carbon fixed-bed adsorber,the desorbed VOCs enter Pt/Pb catalytic combustion unit for thorough decomposition.The results showed that the VOCs removal rate of P1-P6 vent was 94.00%,and that of P7-P17 vent was 97.98%.The process is safe and reliable,with high treatment efficiency and low investment and operation cost.It can be widely used in the treatment of other VOCs with high air volume and low concentration.
