摘要
目的:汉化继发性创伤后成长评定量表(Secondary Posttraumatic Growth Inventory,SPTGI),并在临床护士中检验其信度和效度,为评估我国护士的继发性创伤后成长水平提供测量工具。方法:基于Brislin翻译模型,通过正译、回译、文化调试和预调查对SPTGI进行汉化。采取便利抽样法,于2023年11月至2024年8月选取安徽省某三级甲等医院543名临床护士进行调查,进行项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和信度检验。结果:中文版SPTGI包括4个维度,12个条目。量表的全体一致内容效度指数为0.833,各条目的内容效度指数为0.750~1.000。探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为77.490%;验证性因子分析显示模型拟合良好。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.899,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.793~0.881,总量表的重测信度为0.883。结论:中文版SPTGI在临床护士中具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估国内临床护士继发性创伤后成长的有效工具。
Objective:To translate the Secondary Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(SPTGI)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among clinical nurses,providing a reliable tool for assessing secondary posttraumatic growth in nurses in China.Methods:The SPTGI was adapted to Chinese through forward translation,back translation,cultural adaptation,and pre-testing,according to the Brislin translation model.A total of 543 clinical nurses from a tertiary grade A hospital in Anhui province were investigated using convenience sampling method from November 2023 to August 2024.Item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and reliability testing were conducted.Results:The Chinese version of the SPTGI included four dimensions with 12 items.The content validity index for the scale was 0.833,with item-specific content validity indices ranging from 0.750-1.000.Exploratory factor analysis revealed a four-factor structure,explaining 77.490%of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed a good model fit.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient for the entire scale was 0.899,and the Cronbach’sαcoefficient for each dimensions was 0.793-0.881.Test-retest reliability for the total scale was 0.883.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the SPTGI demonstrates strong reliability and validity among clinical nurses and can serve as an effective tool to evaluate the secondary posttraumatic growth of clinical nurses in China.
