摘要
随着煤炭行业的发展,采煤机采高的不断增大,滚筒直径也不断增大。针对超大直径螺旋滚筒的设计,着重在滚筒截齿布置及减重方面进行了研究,并基于LS-DYNA仿真模拟得到截齿及滚筒筒体的应力分布云图,验证了超大直径滚筒设计的合理性。
With the development of the coal industry,the mining height of the coal winning machine continues to increase,and the diameter of the drum also continues to increase.Aiming at the design of ultra-large diameter spiral drum,emphasis was placed on researching the arrangement and weight reduction of drum pick.Based on LS-DYNA simulation,the pick stress distribution nephogram was obtained,which verifies the rationality of the design of the ultra-large diameter drum.
