摘要
供水管是内喷雾供水装置的核心组成部分,其密封性能影响内喷雾装置工作可靠性,密封失效也会对摇臂传动系统的润滑产生不利影响。分析了供水管失效的形式及其成因,通过采用热喷涂技术提高供水管密封面的耐磨性,现场应用表明,其使用寿命提高3倍以上,有效提高了内喷雾供水装置的可靠性。
The water supply pipe is the core component of the internal spray water supply device.Its sealing performance affects the working reliability of the internal spray device,and sealing failure will also have an adverse impact on the lubrication of the rocker drive system.The form and cause of failure of water supply pipe were analyzed.The wear resistance of sealing surface of water supply pipe was improved by using thermal spraying technology.Field application showed that its service life was increased by more than 3 times,and the reliability of internal spray water supply device was effectively improved.
