数字化教学模式在口腔科本科实习教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨以虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术为核心的数字化教学模式在口腔科本科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年9月—2024年8月潍坊医学院附属医院口腔科的60名实习生,按随机数字表法分组,各30名。对照组行传统教学方法,观察组加用采用数字化教学模式,包括VR模拟训练、情景模拟教学及在线微课学习。比较两组实习生理论知识测试、操作技能测试、临床考试成绩和学习满意度。结果观察组理论知识测试(94.8±2.8)分和操作技能测试(95.6±2.4)分均高于对照组的(88.7±3.6)分、(89.5±3.2)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.352,5.016;P均<0.05)。观察组临床考试成绩和学习满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在口腔科本科实习教学中应用VR技术为核心的数字化教学模式可有效提高学生的理论知识水平、操作技能和临床实践能力,并提升学习满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of digital teaching mode with virtual reality(VR)technology as the core in undergraduate practice teaching of stomatology.Methods Sixty interns who practiced in the Department of Stomatology,Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected,they were grouped by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group added the digital teaching mode on the basis of traditional teaching,including VR simulation training,scenario simulation teaching and online micro-course learning.The theoretical knowledge test,operation skill test,clinical examination scores and learning satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge test and operation skill test were 94.8±2.8 and 95.6±2.4 of the observation group,higher than 88.7±3.6 and 89.5±3.2 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.352,5.016;both P<0.05).The clinical examination and learning satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital teaching mode with VR technology as the core in undergraduate practice teaching of stomatology can effectively improve students'theoretical knowledge level,operation skills and clinical practice ability,and improve their learning satisfaction.
