摘要
目的 分析自由体位分娩产妇中应用不同产程呼吸调整法联合导乐对应激反应及分娩结局的影响。方法 通过随机数字表法,将2023年9月至2024年9月福建省龙岩市第一医院120例自由体位分娩产妇分为两组,对照组(n=60):常规护理;观察组(n=60):不同产程呼吸调整法联合导乐陪伴分娩干预,对比两组产程时间、负性情绪(焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表)、疼痛程度(疼痛视觉模拟评分法)、分娩情况。结果 观察组产程时间均短于对照组,心理负性情绪评分低于对照组,疼痛程度评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,不良母婴结局发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 自由体位分娩产妇中应用不同产程呼吸调整法联合导乐,可以减轻产妇疼痛以及心理负面情绪,有助于缩短产妇产程,降低不良妊娠结局风险,提高自然分娩率。
Objective To analyze the effects of respiratory adjustment methods at different stages of labor combined with doula on stress response and delivery outcomes in free-position parturients.Methods By using the random number table method,120 parturients in the free position for delivery in Longyan First Hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were divided into two groups.The control group(n=60):conventional care,Observation group(n=60):Different stages of labor breathing adjustment methods combined with doula-accompanied delivery intervention,to compare the duration of labour,negative emotions(self-assessment scale for anxiety,self-assessment scale for depression),pain level(visual analogue scale for pain),and delivery in the two groups.Results The duration of labour in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the score of negative psychological emotions was lower than that in the control group,and the score of pain level was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The rate of spontaneous delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of different stages of labor breathing adjustment method combined with doula can reduce maternal pain and psychological negative emotions,help shorten maternal labor,reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and increase the rate of natural delivery.
