摘要
为进一步加强生态环境检测分析场所和环境管理,有效提高环境监测数据质量,梳理总结了环境监测分析测试特点,对样品保存、制备、预处理和实验室分析等监测活动各环节的环境要求进行技术分析,归纳了检测分析场所和环境的关键控制要素,从完善质量管理体系、实施质量监控、加强环境条件控制、创新监控方式等四个方面提出相应的对策和建议,对场所和环境的干扰因素进行识别和消除。
In order to further strengthen the management of ecological environment testing and analysis place,effectively improve the quality of environmental monitoring data,the characteristics of environmental monitoring and testing were summarized.Technical analysis was conducted on the environmental requirements of various monitoring activities such as sample preservation,preparation,pretreatment,and laboratory analysis.The key control elements of testing and analysis sites and environment were summarized,including improving the quality management system,implementing quality monitoring,and strengthening environmental condition control Propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects,including innovative monitoring methods,to identify and eliminate interference factors in places and environments.
