摘要
针对某石化企业橡胶装置脱水机减速箱输出轴断裂事故,为确保装置的安全生产,需要确定轴断裂的根本原因,因此开展了失效分析工作。通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分检测、力学性能测试及显微组织分析及微观形貌分析等综合手段,揭示了轴断裂失效的机理。分析表明:该轴断裂属弯扭复合高周疲劳失效,根本原因是轴体材料金相组织异常(残留未回火马氏体),显著降低抗疲劳强度。基于此,提出材料热处理工艺、实施多维度检测等措施,为预防同类挤压脱水机输出轴的失效及对寿命评估提供理论依据。
In response to the fracture accident of the output shaft of the reducer box of the dewatering machine in the rubber plant of a petrochemical enterprise,it is imperative to detect the root cause of the fractured shaft to ensure the safe production of the plant.To this purpose,a comprehensive failure analysis was conducted.A comprehensive approach encompassing macro-morphological observation,chemical composition,mechanical properties testing,microstructure observation,and micro-morphological analysis was employed to elucidate the underlying mechanism of shaft fracture failure.The analysis revealed that the shaft fracture is a bending and torsion composite high-fatigue failure,attributed to the abnormal metallographic organization of the shaft material(residual untempered martensite),which markedly diminishes the fatigue strength.In light of these findings,a series of recommendations have been put forward.These include the implementation of a heat treatment process for the material,as well as multi-dimensional testing and other measurements.The purpose of these recommendations is to provide a theoretical knowledge for the prevention of similar extrusion dewatering machine output shaft failure and life assessment.
