摘要
在本文中,采用聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯(PUMA)为单体,疏水剂二氧化硅与热致变色微胶囊TP为填料混入其中进行光固化制得了一种具有超疏水性、可逆热致变色性能的涂层,水接触角高达163°,且通过测试表明具有优异的光热效应和抗冰性能,在808 nm近红外激光仪1.5 W激光辐照下,180 s最高可升至50.8℃;在-10℃条件下,涂层可延迟水滴结冰时间至685 s,相同辐照条件下融冰时间为90 s。模拟日常使用情景证明其具有自清洁性能,实现了涂层的多功能化,顺应未来智能涂层制备的趋势,符合环保理念。
In this paper,using polyurethane methacrylate(PUMA)as the monomer,hydrophobic agent silica and thermochromic microcapsules TP as the filler mixed into it for light curing to produce a superhydrophobic,reversible thermochromic performance of the coating,the water contact angle of up to 163°,and through the test shows that has an excellent photo-thermal effect and anti-ice performance,under the irradiation of 808 nm near-infrared laser with 1.5 W laser,the coating can rise to 50.8℃in 180 s.Under the condition of-10℃,the coating can delay the icing time of water droplets to 685 s,and the melting time of ice under the same irradiation condition is 90 s.Simulating the daily use scenarios proves that it has self-cleaning performance,realizing the multifunctionalization of the coating,conforming to the trend of the future preparation of intelligent coatings,and conforming to the concept of environmental protection.
