填埋场垃圾渗滤液中钡离子的阻垢研究

摘要 针对填埋场垃圾渗滤液中含有钡离子导致后续膜处理时引起的膜污染问题,本研究选取阻垢剂聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)和聚天冬氨酸钠(PASP)通过序批式摇瓶实验进行钡离子阻垢效果和阻垢机理的研究。结果表明:(1)在实验室配置的Ba^(2+)浓度为10 mg/L的硫酸钡结垢溶液中,阻垢剂PESA、PASP均能达到接近100%的阻垢率;(2)在实际渗滤液中,在测得取样渗滤液中Ba^(2+)浓度为5.09 mg/L的情况下,PESA/PASP的阻垢率在投加量为1 mg/L区间时仍能达到70%。证实了阻垢剂PESA、PASP应用于渗滤液废水钡离子阻垢的可行性。 In order to solve the problem of membrane fouling caused by the barium ions contained in the landfill leachate during subsequent membrane treatment,this study selected the scale inhibitors polyepoxysodium succinate(PESA)and polysodium aspartate(PASP)through static shaking.Bed experiments were conducted to study the scale inhibition effect and mechanism of barium ions.The results show that:(1)In the barium sulfate scaling solution with a Ba^(2+)concentration of 10 mg/L configured in the laboratory,the scale inhibitors PESA and PASP can achieve nearly 100%scale inhibition rate;(2)In the actual leachate In the case where the Ba^(2+)concentration in the sampled leachate was measured to be 5.09 mg/L,the scale inhibition rate of PESA/PASP could still reach 70%when the dosage was in the 1 mg/L interval.The feasibility of applying two scale inhibitors,PESA and PASP,to barium ion scale inhibition in leachate wastewater was confirmed.
