锚注加固在采动影响巷道支护中的应用

摘要 为实现对采动影响巷道围岩变形的有效控制,以3采区+900 m运输平巷为研究对象,在综合分析围岩支护参数、变形特征及变形主控因素的基础上,提出“二次强力锚注”加固支护方案并进行工程应用研究。结合巷道现场条件给出中空注浆短锚索和中空注浆长锚索的布置参数,并分析了围岩控制效果。现场应用后,3采区+900 m运输平巷围岩变形得到有效控制,顶底板及两帮变形量均较小,巷道断面可满足使用要求。研究表明,锚注加固技术对采动影响巷道围岩变形的控制效果较好,可为其他矿井类似动压影响巷道的围岩控制提供借鉴。 To effectively control the surrounding rock deformation in mining-affected roadways,taking the+900 m transport roadway in the 3rd mining area as the research subject,based on a comprehensive analysis of surrounding rock support parameters,deformation characteristics,and key influencing factors,a"secondary high-strength anchor-grouting"reinforcement support scheme was proposed and applied in engineering practice.The layout parameters of hollow grouted short anchor cables and hollow grouted long anchor cables were determined according to the roadway conditions,and the surrounding rock control effect was analyzed.After field application,the surrounding rock deformation of the+900 m transport roadway in the 3rd mining area was effectively controlled,with minimal deformation in the roof,floor,and sidewalls,meeting the operational requirements of the roadway cross-section.The study demonstrates that anchor-grouting reinforcement technology is highly effective in controlling surrounding rock deformation in mining-affected roadways,which can serve as a reference for similar dynamic pressure-affected roadway support in other mines.
