摘要
为了进一步提升煤矿井下综采的安全性,以A煤矿井下102作业面上部区域煤柱为分析对象,综合使用理论研究+数学模拟+施工验证方法,对综采面过煤柱时的矿压分布情况进行了研究。结果表明,在上侧作业面煤柱应力集中影响下,下侧作业面会产生明显的矿压,通过应用水力弱化技术能够显著降低下侧作业面的矿压,彻底解决了因矿压集中而导致的压架问题,提高了井下作业的安全性。
In order to further improve the safety of underground fully mechanized mining in coal mines,the coal pillars in the upper area of the 102 working face of A Mine were taken as the analysis object,and theoretical research,mathematical simulation,and construction verification methods were comprehensively used to study the distribution of mining pressure when the fully mechanized mining face passed through the coal pillars.The results indicate that under the influence of stress concentration in the coal pillar on the upper working face,significant mining pressure will be generated on the lower working face.By applying hydraulic weakening technology,the mining pressure on the lower working face can be significantly reduced,completely solving the problem of pressure caused by mining pressure concentration and improving the safety of underground operations.
