煤矿智能化综合管控平台设计及应用

摘要 在当前中国煤炭开采中,煤矿智能化综合管控平台的应用至关重要。该平台作为煤矿智能化建设的基础项目,其应用可实现对采矿作业的安全、高效和精确管理。为此,基于智能化技术及B/S(Browser/Server,浏览器/服务器)架构,提出了以接入层、基础设施层、数据资源层、业务支撑层和应用层为核心的管控平台架构设计。开展了移动APP子系统、业务管理子系统及可视化大屏子系统的功能设计,完善管控平台系统,确保功能落地。最后开展了平台的软硬件分析及试用研究,结果显示该平台管控效果显著,可推动煤矿企业实现数字化、智能化转型发展。 The application of intelligent integrated management and control platforms is crucial in current coal mining operations in China.As a fundamental project for intelligent coal mine construction,the platform enables safe,efficient and precise management of mining operations.Based on intelligent technologies and a B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,a platform framework was proposed centered on five core layers:access layer,infrastructure layer,data resource layer,business support layer,and application layer.Functional designs were developed for mobile APP subsystems,business management subsystems,and visualization dashboard subsystems to enhance the platform's capabilities and ensure effective implementation.Finally,software/hardware analysis and trial applications were conducted.The results demonstrated the platform's outstanding management performance and its ability to facilitate digital and intelligent transformation in coal mining enterprises.
