摘要
介绍了工业生产中判断活性炭饱和的方法、饱和活性炭再生系统的工艺流程;在此基础上介绍了活性炭再生的原理、多膛炉的外形结构;分析了活性炭再生前后的检测指标,经过多膛炉再生,活性炭碘吸附值恢复率达86.3%,再生炭产能大、炭损低且品质好,再生寿命可达二十多次;介绍多膛炉工业化生产中的节能措施以及为该技术配套的智能控制系统。描述了饱和活性炭多膛炉再生技术的应用前景。
Introduced the method of determining activated carbon saturation in industrial production and the process flow of saturated activated carbon regeneration system.On this basis,the principle of activated carbon regeneration and the external structure of multi chamber furnaces were introduced.Analyzed the detection indicators before and after activated carbon regeneration.After regeneration in multiple furnaces,the recovery rate of iodine adsorption value of saturated activated carbon reached 86.3%.The regenerated carbon has high production capacity,low carbon loss,and good quality,and the regeneration life can reach more than 20 times.Introduce energy-saving measures in industrial production of multi chamber furnaces,as well as the intelligent control system supporting this technology.Described the application prospects of saturated activated carbon multi chamber furnace regeneration technology.
