摘要
随着国民经济的发展和生活质量水平的提高,食品安全问题得到了社会及公众的广泛关注,食品质量检测是食品安全的关键环节。食品质量的检测技术可分为化学比色法、酶联免疫吸附测定法以及胶体金免疫层析试纸条技术。胶体金免疫层析试纸条技术具有响应迅速、灵敏度高、精确、成本低、操作便捷和特异性等特点,是一种固相标记检测技术,目前在食品安全检测领域逐步流行。本文概述了胶体金免疫层析技术的原理及其在食品检测方面的应用,以期为相关的应用与开发提供技术参考。
With the development of the national economy and the improvement of the quality of life,food safety has received extensive attention from the society and the public.Food quality testing is a key link in food safety.The detection technology of food quality can be divided into chemical colorimetric method,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strip technology.Colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strip technology has the characteristics of rapid response,high sensitivity,accuracy,low cost,convenient operation and specificity,which is a solid phase labeling detection technology,which is gradually popular in the field of food safety testing.This article summarizes the principles of colloidal gold immunochromatography and its application in food testing,in order to provide technical reference for related applications and developments.
