摘要
本文采用基于高频旋转电压注入法方式来对转子位置与转速信息进行估计,实现了永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制,避免了机械式位置传感器带来的成本增加并且可靠性降低等不利影响。全文首先对永磁同步电机的高频模型进行建模,然后分析了高频旋转电压注入法的基本原理,进而分析了影响位置估计精度的因素,最后搭建仿真平台对所提策略进行了验证。
This paper adopts the method of high-frequency rotating voltage injection to estimate the rotor position and speed,which realizes the position sensorless control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and eliminates adverse effects such as increased cost and reduced reliability brought by mechanical position sensors.The full text first models the high-frequency model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,then analyzes the basic principles of the rotating high-frequency voltage injection method,and then analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of position estimation,and finally builds a simulation platform to verify the proposed strategy.
