摘要
本设计基于传统的A^(2)/O污水处理原理,通过TIAPortal软件和S7-1200PLC等硬件,建立了一种基于PLC的A^(2)/O污水自动处理控制系统。该系统包含计算机监控层、PLC控制层和由多种传感器组成的现场层,可实现污水处理的自动化控制,使得污水处理工艺更加高效节能,进而达到现代社会对污水处理的要求。
Based on the traditional A^(2)/O sewage treatment principle,combined with TIA Portal software and S7-1200PLC and other hardware,an automatic PLC-based A^(2)/O sewage treatment control system is established.The system includes a computer monitoring layer,a PLC control layer,and a field layer composed of various sensors,which can realize automatic control of sewage treatment,make the sewage treatment process more efficient and energy-saving,and thus meet the requirements of modern society for sewage treatment.
