摘要
气缸油注油器是保障主机稳定运行的核心组件之一。文章旨在阐述共轨式ALPHA气缸注油系统的基本原理,并针对某船舶在航行期间由于气缸注油器故障引发的“Feedback failure”报警指示灯闪烁现象进行深入剖析。基于故障树分析法,系统性展开了故障排查工作,并对气缸注油器故障机制进行探讨,分析结果显示,该异常现象的根本原因在于柱塞泵发生了卡阻,最终通过更换全新的注油泵来消除故障。文章进一步提出针对性整改措施,旨在为相关人员在实际船舶操作中提供有益的警示与指导,为提升船舶运行的安全性和可靠性提供实践参考。
Cylinder oil lubricator is one of the core components to ensure the stable operation of the main engine.This article aims to expound the basic principle of common rail ALPHA cylinder oil lubrication system.It also deeply analyzes the flashing phenomenon of"Feedback failure"alarm indicator due to the failure of the cylinder lubricator during the voyage.Based on the fault tree analysis,the troubleshooting work is carried out systematically,and the failure mechanism of the cylinder lubricator is discussed.The analysis results show that the fundamental reason of this abnormal phenomenon is that the plunger pump is stuck.Finally,the fault is eliminated by replacing a brand new lubricator pump.The article further puts forward targeted rectification measures,aiming to provide useful warnings and guidance for relevant personnel in actual ship operations and offer practical references for improving the safety and reliability of ship operation.
