摘要
介绍了某轴电流传感器在试验时发生超出检测精度的现象,从采集部件、励磁部件、温度影响、电容选取、问题复现等方面入手对故障进行了排查定位,通过采取更换容值更大电容措施,经试验验证故障得到排除,并开展了举一反三排查。
This paper introduces the phenomenon that the detection accuracy of an axial current sensor exceeds during the test,and conducts the fault diagnosis and location from the aspects of acquisition components,excitation components,temperature influence,capacitor selection problem recurrence,etc.By taking the measures of replacing the capacitor with larger capacitance,it is verified by experiments that the fault is eliminated,and the fault is investigated by analogy.
