摘要
针对电视台演播室需要对灯光快速调整的需求,设计出能够实现水平、垂直两个方向快速定位的灯光吊挂控制系统,以PLC作为主控制器,伺服电机作为执行机构,通过Ether CAT通讯方式实现位置控制。设计的吊挂控制系统已成功应用于湖北电视台某演播室,运行结果表明,该系统响应速度快,定位精度高,可满足在切换电视节目时对灯光位置快速调整的要求。
In response to the demand of rapid adjustment of lighting in television studios,a lighting hanging control system has been designed that can achieve fast positioning in both horizontal and vertical directions.The system uses PLC as the main controller and servo motor as the actuator,and position control is achieved through Ether CAT communication.The designed hanging control system has been successfully applied in a certain studio of Hubei Television Station.The operation results show that the system has fast response speed and high positioning accuracy,which can meet the requirements of quickly adjusting the lighting position when switching TV programs.
