摘要
针对热工实验中数据采集模块在进行传统方式的计量溯源时存在周期长,效率低,耗损大等问题,提出了一种数据采集模块在线计量的方法。基于热工实验测控系统的特点和可计量性设计准则,从需求分析入手,开展模块化、柔性化、数字化的计量方案设计,通过验证评价完成了对数据采集模块的在线计量。结果表明,该方法提高了计量工作的效率,保障了热工实验测控数据的准确性和可靠性。
A method for online measurement of data acquisition modules in thermal engineering experiments is proposed to address the issues of long cycle time,low efficiency,and high consumption in traditional methods of measurement traceability.Based on the characteristics and measurability design criteria of the thermal experimental measurement and control system,starting from demand analysis,a modular,flexible,and digital measurement scheme design was carried out.Through verification and evaluation,the online measurement of the data collection module was completed.The results indicate that this method improves the efficiency of measurement work and ensures the accuracy and reliability of thermal experimental measurement and control data.
