摘要
丙烯是石油裂解获得的重要化工原料,因其具有高压力、易燃爆和剧毒等特性,通常采用球罐运输和储存。丙烯球罐液位的准确测量和可靠性对保证安全生产、制程稳定运行至关重要。球罐的液位测量有很多方式,如伺服液位计、雷达液位计、超声波外测液位计、差压液位计等。该文结合某苯酚项目已投产运行的两个容积3000 m^(3)丙烯球罐的工程设计选型实例,通过分析多种液位计适用性及各自的优缺点的基础上,选择采用雷达液位计,并对雷达液位计的调制方法、储罐计量系统组态进行了总结归纳;计量系统结合液位和平均温度测量,可精确计算净体积,为贸易交接、库存管理、油品输送及损失控制等过程中的泄漏检测和防溢出测算储罐数据,满足了项目设计要求。
Propylene is an important chemical raw material obtained from petroleum cracking.Due to its high pressure,flammability,explosiveness,and high toxicity,it is usually transported and stored in spherical tanks.Accurate measurement and reliability of the liquid level in the propylene spherical tank are crucial for ensuring safe production and stable operation of the process.There are many ways to measure the liquid level of spherical tanks,such as servo level gauges,radar level gauges,ultrasonic external level gauges,differential pressure level gauges,etc.This article combines the engineering design and selection examples of two 3000m^(3)propylene spherical tanks that have been put into operation in a certain phenol project.Based on the analysis of the applicability and respective advantages and disadvantages of various level gauges,radar level gauges are selected,and the modulation methods of radar level gauges and the configuration of tank metering systems are summarized and concluded.The measurement system,combined with liquid level and average temperature measurement,can accurately calculate the net volume,providing leak detection and spill prevention calculation tank data for processes such as trade handover,inventory management,oil transportation,and loss control,meeting project design requirements.
