摘要
工业生产领域中存在对圆管工件进行内容物填充的作业需求,为保证对接精度,避免内容物磨损或挤压变形,以往生产中大量采用人工操作,自动化和信息化程度低,生产效率较低。针对这一现状,设计了一种圆管工件自动填充装置,基于自动夹具设计、推入式填充方式及柔性化设计理念,配合PLC自动控制,实现了内容物与圆管工件的快速同心填充,避免磕碰的同时减少了填充过程中不必要的摩擦与震动;此外,该装置可兼容多种不同尺寸工件,适应性强。实际生产应用表明,该装置能够满足生产要求,有效提高了生产效率。
In the industrial production field,there is a demand for filling the contents of circular pipe workpieces.Manual operations were extensively used in previous production to ensure docking accuracy and prevent the contents from being worn or deformed.This approach led to low levels of automation and informatization,making it difficult to improve production efficiency.In response to this situation,based on the automatic fixture design,push in loading method,flexible design concept,and PLC control,an automatic filling device for circular pipe workpieces was designed.The device can achieve rapid concentric filling between the content and the circular pipe workpiece,avoiding collisions,friction,or vibration during the filling process.Also,the device has strong adaptability and can be compatible with workpieces of different sizes.Through practical application in production,it had been shown that the device can meet production requirements and effectively improve production efficiency.
