摘要
为了解决传统人工操作的烫印机定位精度差、生产效率低的问题,设计了一款基于高精度传感器、视觉识别、伺服控制、PLC控制的自动精准定位烫印机,首先通过颜色传感器识别烫印膜的颜色,通过高精度带远心镜头的视觉识别系统识别烫印膜图标的位置,视觉定位精度可达到±0.05 mm以内,再通过伺服模组进行二次定位,二次定位精度可达到±0.15 mm以内,最终标签烫印到盒体上的精度可达到±0.5 mm以内。经过实验结果表明,该系统能够有效地满足烫印生产的要求,具有较高的实用价值。
In order to solve the problems of poor positioning accuracy and low production efficiency of traditional manually operated hot stamping machines,an automatic precision positioning hot stamping machine based on high-precision sensors,visual recognition,servo control and PLC control has been designed.Firstly,the color of the hot stamping film is recognized by a color sensor,and the position of the hot stamping film icon is recognized by the visual recognition system with a high-precision telecentric lens.The visual positioning accuracy can reach within±0.05 mm.Then,the secondary positioning is carried out through the servo module,and the secondary positioning accuracy can reach within±0.15 mm.Finally,the accuracy of the label hot stamping on the box body can reach within±0.5 mm.Experimental results show that this system effectively meets the requirements of hot stamping production and has high practical value.
