摘要
目前水泵机组的水力现场测试存在水泵机组运输难、成本高、人工检测效率低、现场测试数据不准确等局限性问题,针对水泵机组的水力现场测试需求及当前测试技术的现状,研发了一种便携式泵组性能测试系统。该系统集成了试验数据采集、实时数据分析计算、自动生成报告、通过物联网技术上传数据至远程在线测试与评估平台等多重功能。实验表明实时采集的数据波动幅度、重复测量变化限度和不确定度均符合GB/T 3216-2016标准测试要求。此外,三家实验数据的比对结果显示标准分数|Z|≤2,达到满意水平,进一步验证了该系统的准确性和可靠性。该系统实现了对水泵机组关键性能参数的现场快速准确测量,显著减少了人工干预,提升了测试的客观性和实时性,为水泵机组的现场性能测试提供了一种高效准确便捷的解决方案。
At present,the hydraulic field test of the pump unit has limitations such as difficult transportation of the pump unit,high cost,low manual test efficiency,and inaccurate field test data.A portable pump unit performance test system is developed for the hydraulic field test requirements of the pump unit and the current status of the test technology.A portable pump unit performance test system was developed.The system integrates multiple functions such as test data acquisition,real-time data analysis and calculation,and automatic report generation.At the same time,it uploads data to the remote online test and evaluation system through the Internet of Things Technology.The experiment shows that the fluctuation range of real-time collected data,the change limit of repeated measurement and the uncertainty all meet the test requirements of GB/T 3216-2016 standard.In addition,the comparison results of the three experimental data show that the standard score|Z|≤2,reaching a satisfactory level,further verifying the accuracy and reliability of the system.The system realizes the rapid and accurate on-site measurement of the key performance parameters of the pump unit,significantly reduces manual intervention,improves the objectivity and real-time performance of the test,and provides an efficient,accurate and convenient solution for the on-site performance test of the pump unit.
