液体添加剂对流化床SNCR低温脱硝及N_(2)O排放特性的影响

Influence of Liquid Additives on Low Temperature SNCR Denitrification and Emission Characteristics of N_(2)O in Fluidized Beds

摘要 在50 kW流化床燃煤试验装置上开展两种液态添加剂在不同温度及添加量下对SNCR低温脱硝效率及N_(2)O排放特性的影响研究。结果表明:在氨与氮氧化物摩尔比为1.5、乙醇与氨摩尔比β为0.8、温度为700℃时SNCR脱硝效率达到35.6%,且随着乙醇添加量的增加,N_(2)O排放量逐渐增高,最高达到35×10^(-6);在690~850℃范围内,当苯酚与氨摩尔比α控制在1.0时,苯酚对SNCR脱硝效率的促进作用最佳,脱硝效率为38%±4%;苯酚的添加同样会导致N_(2)O排放量缓慢增加。 An investigation was conducted on a 50 kW fluidized bed coal combustion experimental setup to study the effects of two liquid additives on low-temperature SNCR denitrification efficiency and N_(2)O emission characteristics at different temperatures and additive amounts.Results show that the SNCR denitrification efficiency reaches 35.6%at ammonia to nitrogen oxides molar ratio of 1.5,ethanol to ammonia molar ratioβof 0.8,and temperature of 700℃.Additionally,as the amount of ethanol added increases,the N_(2)O emissions gradually rise,reaching a maximum of 35×10^(-6).Within the temperature range of 690 to 850℃,when the phenol to ammonia molar ratioαis controlled at 1.0,phenol exhibits the best promotional effect on SNCR denitrification efficiency,which is 38%±4%.The addition of phenol also leads to gradual increase in N_(2)O emissions.
