摘要
目前我国在中枢神经系统肿瘤的发病率和病死率排名世界首位,严重威胁人民群众的身体健康。颅内肿瘤属于中医“脑瘤”的范畴,国医大师潘敏求教授长期致力于中医药对肿瘤疾病的防治,在脑瘤的诊治方面有丰富的临床经验。潘教授认为脑瘤以正气亏虚为本、风痰瘀毒搏结为标,治疗上应当“攻补兼施”,辨证地使用益气扶正、化痰逐瘀、攻毒抗瘤等治疗手段,标本兼顾、扶正驱邪,抗癌化浊同时健脾益气,使正气渐复,邪气得消,则癌瘤可控。潘教授的脑瘤治疗方法在实践中收效明显,作者结合临床侍诊,分析潘敏求教授对脑瘤病因病机、辨证论治的理解认识,并总结其用药经验,以期指导临床。
At present,China ranks first in the world in the incidence rate and mortality rate of central nervous system tumors,which seriously threatens the health of the people.Intracranial tumors belong to the category of“brain tumors”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor PAN Minqiu,a master of Chinese medicine,has long been committed to the prevention and treatment of tumor diseases with traditional Chinese medicine,and has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors.Professor PAN Minqiu believes that brain tumors are based on the deficiency of positive Qi,with wind,phlegm,stasis and toxin as the branch causes.The treatment should be a combination of attacking and supplementing,using methods such as tonifying qi and supporting the body,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,attacking toxins and resisting tumors based on syndrome differentiation.The treatment should balance the symptoms,supporting the body and dispelling evil,fighting cancer and eliminating turbidity while strengthening the spleen and qi,gradually restoring positive qi and eliminating evil qi,so that cancer can be controlled.Professor PAN Minqiu′s treatment method for brain tumors has shown significant results in practice.The author combined clinical consultations to analyze Professor Pan Minqiu′s understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of brain tumors,and summarized his medication experience in order to guide clinical practice.
