摘要
目的探讨以人文关怀为基础的精细化护理在飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)患者中的应用效果。方法选取84例行SMILE的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组42例和试验组42例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上采用以人文关怀为基础的精细化护理干预,比较2组患者干预前后焦虑和抑郁评分及满意度。结果干预前2组患者焦虑和抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均较对照组低(均P<0.001)。干预后患者满意度较对照组高(92.86%比76.19%,P<0.05)。结论以人文关怀为基础的精细化护理干预措施在SMILE的应用效果明显,可改善患者不良情绪,同时有助于提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of humanistic care-based refined nursing in patients undergoing small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)with femtosecond laser.Methods A total of 84 patients undergoing SMILE were selected and allocated using a random number table method into a control group(n=42)and an experimental group(n=42).The control group received routine perioperative care,while the experimental group was administered humanistic care-based refined nursing interventions in addition to standard protocols.Anxiety and depression scores and patient satisfaction rates were compared between groups preoperatively and at postoperative follow-up.Results Pre-intervention anxiety and depression scores showed no statistically significant differences between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Post-intervention,the experimental group exhibited lower anxiety and depression scores compared to the control group(both P<0.001).Patient satisfaction rates were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(92.86%vs.76.19%,P<0.05)following the intervention.Conclusion Humanistic care-based refined nursing interventions in SMILE demonstrate potential efficacy in ameliorating adverse psychological outcomes and may contribute to improved patient satisfaction.
