摘要
随着政府数字化转型的深入推进,数据库作为数据核心资产的载体,其安全运维的重要性日益凸显。文章针对省级人力资源社会保障部门数据库运维存在的管理分散、权限管理复杂以及操作溯源难度大等问题,从统一入口、权限管理、开库管控、审计追溯等方面提出了数据库一体化运维平台的建设构想和实践。该平台实现了数据库运维的“全流程可控制,全过程可监管,全操作可追溯”,有效解决了省级人社部门数据库运维的痛点问题,也为其他政府部门数据库运维提供了实践参考。
With the in-depth promotion of the government’s digital transformation,the database,as the carrier of core data assets,has seen an increasingly prominent importance of its secure operation and maintenance.Aiming at the problems existing in the database operation and maintenance of provincial human resources and social security departments,such as decentralized management,complex permission management,and great difficulty in tracing operation sources,the paper proposes the construction concept and practice of an integrated database operation and maintenance platform from aspects including a unified entry,permission management,database access control,and audit tracing.The platform has achieved“controllability of the whole process,supervision of the entire procedure,and traceability of all operations”in database operation and maintenance,effectively solving the pain points in the database operation and maintenance of provincial human resources and social security departments.It also provides practical references for the database operation and maintenance of other government departments.
