摘要
天然气处理场是天然气工业链中十分重要的一环,存在易燃、易爆、有毒、腐蚀、高温、低温、高压等各种风险。天然气处理装置在检修的过程中会产生废气、废液、废渣等检修危废,如果产生的“三废”不能完全封闭排放,将不能满足推动场站向更加清洁、可持续的方向发展。文章以KS天然气处理站为例,通过历年检修不断总结完善,形成了一套密闭检修工艺流程及设备,最终实现了检修“三废”的全封闭式排放和处理。实践表明,该工艺技术具有一定的经济、安全价值,可为油气装置的绿色、安全、高效检修提供技术支撑和借鉴,同时也为构建美好的生态文明和实现可持续发展目标作出积极贡献。
Natural gas processing stations are a crucial link in the natural gas industry chain,with various risks such as flammability,explosiveness,toxicity,corrosion,high temperature,low temperature,and high pressure.Due to the production characteristics of oilfield enterprises,natural gas treatment facilities will generate hazardous waste such as exhaust gas,wastewater,and waste oil during maintenance.If the“three wastes”generated cannot be fully enclosed and discharged,it will not be able to promote the development of the station towards a cleaner and more sustainable direction.This paper takes the KS natural gas processing station as an example,and through continuous summarization and improvement of maintenance over the years,a set of closed maintenance process and equipment has been formed,ultimately achieving the fully enclosed discharge and treatment of maintenance“three wastes”.Practice has shown that this process technology has certain economic and safety value,which can provide technical support and reference for the green,safe,and efficient maintenance of oil and gas facilities,and also make positive contributions to building a beautiful ecological civilization and achieving sustainable development goals.
