渤海某井浅层造斜段通井遇阻处理及原因分析

摘要 B井是渤海辽东湾海域某油田1口水平井,二开φ311.15 mm井眼下套管前通井遇阻,采用调整工具面、小参数划眼等措施后仍无法通过遇阻点。起钻更换通井组合,对比随钻测井及测斜数据划眼至井底。文章从多个方面对该井下复杂情况进行了分析总结,为本油田同类型水平井通井钻具组合优化及下钻遇阻处理积累了经验,同时为其他地区类似地层防止下钻遇阻提供参考。 Well B is a horizontal well in an oilfield of the Liaodong Bay,Bohai Sea.During the pre-casing wiper trip in the second spudding section(φ311.15 mm hole),the drilling assembly encountered resistance.Despite measures such as adjusting the tool face and reaming with low parameters,the obstruction could not be cleared.After tripping out to replace the wiper assembly and reaming to the bottom by correlating logging-while-drilling(LWD)and survey data.This paper analyzes the complex downhole conditions from multiple perspectives,providing experience for optimizing wiper assembly designs and handling sticking issues in similar horizontal wells in this oilfield.It also offers references for preventing sticking in analogous formations in other regions.
