摘要
文章主要就不同的催化剂在UNIPOL气相流化床聚丙烯生产工艺中的应用及其性能进行比较。对聚丙烯生产过程中的催化剂进行了实验研究,包括齐格勒-纳塔催化剂、茂金属催化剂和非茂金属催化剂,分析它们对聚丙烯分子量分布的影响。实验结果证明,茂金属催化剂在提高聚丙烯的力学性能和光学性能上表现突出,而齐格勒-纳塔催化剂则具有更好的成本效益。这一研究成果为催化剂的选用提供理论依据,对优化生产工艺提高产品质量具有十分重要的意义。
This paper compares the application and performance of different catalysts in the UNIPOL gas-phase fluidized-bed polypropylene production process.Experimental studies were conducted on catalysts used in polypropylene production,including Ziegler-Natta catalysts,metallocene catalysts,and non-metallocene catalysts,analyzing their effects on the molecular weight distribution of polypropylene.The experimental results demonstrate that metallocene catalysts exhibit outstanding performance in enhancing the mechanical and optical properties of polypropylene,while Ziegler-Natta catalysts offer better cost-effectiveness.This research provides a theoretical basis for catalyst selection and holds significant importance for optimizing production processes and improving product quality.
