摘要 随着科技飞速发展,人工智能技术已逐渐渗透到各个领域,特别是在高等教育领域的广泛应用,为包装工程实验教学改革带来了新的契机。本文通过深入分析多学科交叉背景下包装工程实验教学的现状,阐述了人工智能赋能包装工程专业实验教学改革的意义,探讨了人工智能在包装工程实验教学内容更新与拓展、教学模式创新、教学考核评价体系完善、实验教学设备升级方面的应用,剖析了人工智能技术赋能包装工程实验教学面临的挑战和应对策略,旨在为培养适应人工智能时代包装行业发展需求的创新型、复合型包装专业人才提供有益参考。 With the rapid development of science and technology,artificial intelligence technology has gradually penetrated into various fields,especially the wide application in the field of higher education has brought new opportunities for the experimental teaching reform of packaging engineering.In this paper,the current situation of packaging engineering experiment teaching was deeply analyzed under the cross-disciplinary background,the significance of the experimental teaching reform of packaging engineering major enabled by artificial intelligence was expounded,and the application of artificial intelligence in the experimental teaching reform was discussed,such as updating and extending teaching content,innovating teaching model,improving teaching assessment and evaluation,upgrading experimental teaching equipment,et al.The challenges and coping methods of packaging engineering experiment teaching enabled by artificial intelligence technology were considered.It provides useful reference for training innovative composite packaging professionals to meet the development needs of packaging industry in the future era of artificial intelligence.
