数字化车辆排放监管助力城市减污降碳的实践研究

摘要 从全市新注册登记车辆关键字段比对服务项目入手,探讨数字化车辆排放监管助力城市减污降碳的实践路径,以提高数字化车辆排放监管效能。阐述了城市交通污染治理与数字化监管趋势,并从平台排放标准设定、跨系统数据融合、发票信息采集等方面,分析了智能审核平台构建的关键技术方案。该方案不仅使得机动车登记流程得到了优化,提高了工作效率,而且对大气污染的防控治理发挥了不可忽视的作用,对于实现城市减污降碳具有重要的现实意义。 Starting from the keyword comparison service project for newly registered vehicles in the city,this paper explores the practical path of digital vehicle emission supervision to assist urban pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction,aiming to improve the efficiency of digital vehicle emission supervision.It mainly analyzes the trends in urban traffic pollution control and digital supervision,and discusses the key technical solutions for building an intelligent audit platform from aspects such as platform emission standard setting,cross-system data integration,and invoice information collection.This scheme not only optimizes the motor vehicle registration process and improves work efficiency but also plays a significant role in the prevention and control of air pollution,which is of great practical significance for achieving urban pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction.
