摘要
电网规划是确保电力系统安全、高效运行的基础,其目标在于满足未来电力需求,优化电网结构,提高供电可靠性和经济性。负荷预测作为电网规划的重要组成部分,对于电力系统的稳定运行和未来发展具有重要影响。本文介绍了多种负荷预测方法,包括传统统计模型、神经网络、支持向量机和随机森林等,并阐述其具体原理,再提出负荷预测精确度的评估指标与方法,通过应用实例展示负荷预测技术在电网规划中的实际应用效果。
Power grid planning is the foundation for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of power systems.Its objectives include meeting future power demand,optimizing the grid structure,and improving power supply reliability and economy.Load forecasting,as a critical component of power grid planning,has a significant impact on the stable operation and future development of power systems.This article introduces various load forecasting methods,including traditional statistical models,neural networks,support vector machines,and random forests,and elucidates their specific principles.Furthermore,it proposes evaluation indicators and methods for assessing the accuracy of load forecasting.Through practical applications,the article demonstrates the effectiveness of load forecasting technology in power grid planning.
