冷缩电缆终端高频电压响应特性及数值模拟分析

摘要 本文研究高频谐波电压对冷缩电缆终端的影响,特别是热点形成与电场分布的关系。通过高频谐波电压电热老化试验装置进行实验,并结合有限元分析法进行数值模拟,发现随着频率增加,应力均匀型终端局部地方形成明显的热点,热点温度进一步升高,而几何型终端温度变化不明显。研究表明,应力均匀型终端的热点位置与电场集中点相对应。本文成果对于开发耐高频电压冷缩终端具有重要意义。 This article investigates the impact of high-frequency harmonic voltages on cold shrink cable terminations,particularly the relationship between hot-spot formation and electric field distribution.Experiments were conducted using a highfrequency harmonic voltage electrothermal aging test setup,combined with numerical simulations using the finite element analysis method.The results revealed that as the frequency increases,localized hot-spots form in stress-grading terminations,leading to further elevation in hot-spot temperatures,while geometric terminations exhibit insignificant temperature changes.The study indicates that the hot-spot locations in stress-grading terminations correspond to points of electric field concentration.The findings of this article are of significant importance for the development of cold shrink terminations that are resistant to high-frequency voltages.
