摘要
工业光总线控制系统(OCS)是将工业光总线技术与软件定义I/O技术融合应用于工业控制领域。该系统采用光纤作为控制器与I/O间的传输介质,替代了传统铜芯线缆,具有传输效率高、信号干扰与衰减小、可信号回路冗余,以及实时诊断等优点。本文综述了OCS的主要结构与功能,及其在草甘膦生产自动化改造中的应用,为OCS在工业生产领域应用提供参考。
The Industrial Optical Bus Control System(OCS)integrates industrial optical bus technology with software-defined I/O technology for application in the field of industrial control.This system uses optical fiber as the transmission medium between the controller and I/O,replacing traditional copper cables.It boasts high transmission efficiency,low signal interference and attenuation,signal loop redundancy,and real-time diagnostics.This article reviews the main structure and functions of OCS and its application in the automation upgrade of glyphosate production,providing a reference for the application of OCS in the field of industrial production.
