导航系统高可靠性升级探究

摘要 海洋石油平台导航灯是导航系统的重要组成部分,导航灯为浓雾天气或夜间船舶经过平台附近提供障碍物警示作用,可确保平台在黑夜或浓雾条件下不被其他船只撞击。挪威船级社(DNV)等要求导航系统在人员撤离平台后仍要继续工作,因此,依此设计的安装在开敞区的导航系统为适宜2类危险区的防爆电气设备。至21世纪初,导航系统大都由国外厂家所垄断,故普遍存在采办费用高、供货周期长、后期维护成本高等问题。加上派遣人员出海维修不方便且差旅费用高、备件断货,导致海上部分平台导航控制系统故障长期得不到快速有效解决。某海上平台的导航灯存在设计缺陷,导航灯频繁出故障。经重新设计电控回路,提升了光控信号输入的稳定性和高可靠性,为导航灯的稳定运行和平台安全提供了有力保障。 The navigation light of offshore oil platforms is an essential part of the navigation system,providing obstacle warning for ships passing near the platform in foggy weather or at night,ensuring that the platform is not hit by other ships under dark or foggy conditions.The Norwegian Det Norske Veritas(DNV)and other organizations require that the navigation system continue to operate after personnel evacuation from the platform.Therefore,the navigation system installed in open areas is designed as explosion-proof electrical equipment suitable for Category 2 hazardous areas.However,up to the beginning of this century,navigation systems were largely monopolized by foreign manufacturers,resulting in issues such as high procurement costs,long supply cycles,and high maintenance costs.In addition,the inconvenience of dispatching personnel for offshore maintenance,high travel costs,and shortage of spare parts have led to long-term delays in effectively resolving malfunctions in navigation control systems on some offshore platforms.One offshore platform's navigation lights had design defects,resulting in frequent failures.After redesigning the electronic control circuit,the stability and high reliability of the photocontrol signal input were improved,providing a strong guarantee for the stable operation of the navigation lights and the safety of the platform.
