摘要
在全球数字化进程加速推进的宏观背景下,数字经济建设对于“一带一路”共建国家的经济合作与发展发挥着至关重要的推动作用。本研究指出,当前“一带一路”数字经济建设正面临着一系列挑战,具体包括以下几个方面:数字基础设施建设存在显著的区域不平衡现象、数字技术标准与规则存在较大差异、网络安全与隐私保护面临严峻挑战、数字贸易壁垒制约合作深化,以及专业人才短缺问题凸显。据此,本文系统性地提出了一整套具有针对性的应对策略,以推动“一带一路”数字经济实现稳健且可持续的发展。与此同时,本研究旨在为该领域的理论研究与实践探索提供极具价值的理论参考和切实可行的实践指导,进而有力助推“一带一路”共建国家在数字经济领域达成合作共赢的美好愿景。
Against the backdrop of accelerated global digitalization,the development of the digital economy plays a crucial role in fostering economic cooperation and development among countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).This study identifies a series of challenges currently facing the digital economy construction along the BRI,including significant regional imbalances in digital infrastructure development,substantial differences in digital technology standards and regulations,severe challenges in cybersecurity and privacy protection,digital trade barriers restricting deeper cooperation,and a pronounced shortage of skilled professionals.Accordingly,this paper systematically proposes a set of targeted strategies aimed at promoting the robust and sustainable development of the BRI digital economy.Meanwhile,the study seeks to provide valuable theoretical insights and practical guidance for research and practice in thisfield,thereby effectively facilitating a win-win cooperation vision among Belt and Road countries in the digital economy domain.
