摘要
随着信息通讯技术和数字技术的飞速发展,现代服务贸易已成为国际贸易中日益重要的组成部分。现代服务贸易具有知识密集、附加值高、受地理距离限制较小、抗风险能力强等特性,在我国提升新质生产力的大背景下具有重要的战略意义。本文首先以马克思对生产力本质的论述为基础,结合当前中国经济发展对“新”与“质”的需求,阐释了新质生产力的内涵;其次从劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象和劳动要素组合等视角,深入剖析了现代服务贸易提升新质生产力的路径;最后提出在发展现代服务贸易的过程中,通过实行提升劳动者技能与保障劳动者权益、加强国际合作与弱化隐形贸易壁垒、升级数字基础设施与促进服务贸易数字化转型、因地因产业制宜发展等策略,可有效提升新质生产力。
With the rapid development of information and communication technologies and digital technologies,modern service trade has become an increasingly important component of international trade.Characterized by knowledge intensity,high added value,low dependence on geographical distance,and strong risk resistance,modern service trade holds significant strategic value in the context of enhancing China’s new quality productive forces.Based on Marx’s exposition on the essence of productive forces and in light of China's current economic demand for"new"and"quality,"this paperfirst explains the connotation of new quality productive forces.Then,from the perspectives of labor,means of labor,objects of labor,and the combination of production factors,it explores the pathways through which modern service trade can contribute to the enhancement of these forces.Finally,the paper proposes that improving labor skills and protecting labor rights,strengthening international cooperation and reducing invisible trade barriers,upgrading digital infrastructure and promoting digital transformation,as well as adopting region-and industry-specific strategies,can effectively enhance new quality productive forces through the development of modern service trade.
