摘要
伴随着上海“五大新城”的建设,在超大尺度全球城市城区向郊野渗透的前沿地区建设城野共生的边缘区,是新时期建设高品质城乡人居环境的关键。因此,需要明确城野边缘区的概念,并分析现状所存在的独特空间问题。在全域空间重构的背景下,如何规划城野过渡空间、使城野边缘区实现共生发展成了当前规划设计的最前沿。文章尝试总结共生视角下的城野边缘区在生态共生、功能共生、空间共生等方面的一般规律,结合青浦新城未来城市样板区城市设计和控规实践,以构建城野共生空间为出发点,提出构建连续渗透的生态基底、组团化与小街区的布局模式、与蓝绿空间耦合的功能布局、内外有别的建筑形态秩序等四大设计策略,构建既符合城野共生特色又体现新城示范亮点的城野边缘区空间。
With the construction of the“Five New Cities”in Shanghai,the key for the construction of high-quality urban and rural living environment in the new era is to construct a symbiotic fringe between urban and wild areas where urban areas infiltrate into suburban areas in mega global city.Thus,it is required to clarify the concept of urban-wild fringe and to analyze the current unique spatial issues.How to plan the transition space between urban and wild areas to achieve symbiotic development of urban-wild fringe has become the forefront of plan and design in the context of the reorganization of the global space.This paper attempts to summarize the general rules of ecological symbiosis,functional symbiosis,and spatial symbiosis of the urban-wild fringe from the perspective of symbiosis.Based on the urban design and regulatory plan practice of the future urban demonstration area of Qingpu New City,starting from the construction of a symbiotic space between urban and wild areas,the paper proposes four design strategies:building a continuous and permeable ecological foundation,a layout pattern of clustering and small blocks,a functional layout coupled with blue-green spaces,and a differentiated architectural form order in and out of urban areas,thus constructing the urban-wild fringes conforming to the characteristics of symbiotic fringe between urban and wild areas and refleting the demonstration highlights of the new city.
