摘要
本文基于六盘山甘肃片区468份农户调查数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型,从个体特征、家庭特征、耕地特征及认知特征4个方面,对影响农户耕地流转的意愿特征和影响因素进行实证分析,并从家庭分工视角进一步对比分析影响不同分工类型家庭耕地流转意愿与行为的高低,对耕地利用效率的提升和流转机制的完善具有重要意义。研究表明,研究区不同家庭分工类型下农户耕地流转意愿均高于实际耕地流转率;年龄、外出务工时长和流转意愿3个因素对农户耕地流转行为的影响最大,每增加一个单位,对应的优势比分别为0.44、2.68、1.52;不同家庭分工类型的耕地流转行为影响因素差异显著。建议当地政府根据农户比较优势的不同,对不同家庭分工类型采取针对性措施,引导耕地向农业专业型集聚,培育为新型职业农民;扩大非农就业机会、提高非农就业质量、完善耕地流转机制,以提高非农专业型耕地流转的积极性;将破解老龄化问题、弱化耕地的社会保障功能等作为有效促进完全分工型与不完全分工型进行耕地流转的重要途径。
s:Based on data from surveys of 468 households in the Gansu area of Liupanshan,this study uses a binary Logistic regression model to empirically analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of farmers'willingness to transfer land from four aspects:individual characteristics,family characteristics,land characteristics,and cognitive characteristics.From the perspective of household division of labor,a comparative analysis is conducted to explore the differences in willingness and behavior regarding land transfer among households with different types of division of labor.This analysis is significant for improving land utilization efficiency and refining land transfer mechanisms.The results show that:Farmers'willingness to transfer cultivated land under different types of division of labor in the study area is higher than the actual rate of cultivated land transfer.The three factors of age,the length of time working outside the home and the willingness to transfer have the greatest influence on the behavior of farmers'arable land transfer,and the corresponding advantage ratios are 0.44,2.68,and 1.52,respectively,for each additional unit,and there are significant differences in the influencing factors of arable land transfer behavior of different types of household division of labor.Therefore,the local government should take targeted measures for different types of household division of labor according to the different comparative advantages of farm households,guide the cultivated land to cluster to the agricultural professional type and cultivate new professional farmers;Expand non-farm employment opportunities,improve the quality of non-farm employment,and improve the mechanism of arable land transfer to increase the enthusiasm of non-farm professional arable land transfer;Cracking down on aging and weakening the social security function of the arable land are important ways to effectively promote the transfer of cultivated land between the complete division of labor and the incomplete division of labor.
