摘要
研究了氧化石墨烯/黏胶复合纤维的制备及其性能,研究表明,氧化石墨烯在水溶液中具有较好的分散性能,氧化石墨烯的添加使黏胶纤维的强度有所提升,并且赋予黏胶纤维较好的抗菌、远红外等功能。经过第三方检测机构检测,该复合纤维的抑菌率达到95%以上,远红外发射率达到0.94,远红外温升达到2.0℃,在功能性纺织品中具有广阔的应用前景。
The preparation and properties of graphene oxide/viscose composite fiber were studied.Research shows graphene oxide can be well dispersed in aqueous solution,and the addition of graphene oxide can improve the strength of viscose fiber,and give viscose fiber better antibacterial and far-infrared functions.After testing by the third party testing institutions,the antibacterial rate of the composite fiber reaches more than 95%,far-infrared emissivity reaches 0.94,far-infrared temperature rise reaches 2.0℃,and it has broad application prospects in functional textiles.
