摘要
通过对千米级深立井全断面掘进机悬吊系统工况分析,对比矿山永久提升系统以及大型起重机钢丝绳技术要求,提出其悬吊钢丝绳安全系数合理取值,校验千米级深立井全断面掘进机提升悬吊系统事故状态悬吊钢丝绳安全情况,并验证安全系数取值的可靠性,在确保施工安全前提下,节约了悬吊系统投资,降低了运行电耗。
Through the analysis of the working conditions of the suspension system of the tunnel boring machine in a kilometer-level deep vertical shaft,and by comparing with the technical requirements of the permanent hoisting system in the mine and the steel wire ropes of large cranes,the reasonable value of the safety factor for the suspension steel wire ropes is proposed.The safety conditions of the sus-pension steel wire ropes in the accident state of the hoisting suspension system of the tunnel boring machine in a kilometer-level deep vertical shaft are verified,and the reliability of the safety factor val-ue is verified.Under the premise of ensuring construction safety,the investment in the suspension system is saved,and the operating power consumption is reduced.
