摘要
随着采出液乳化程度的加剧,常规脱水方法无法满足原油破乳要求,存在工艺流程长、运行能耗高等问题。为解决上述问题,利用室内实验装置构建了高频高压脉冲破乳装置,分析了非电场参数对原油乳状液流变性的影响,分析了电场参数对脱水率的影响,并基于室内实验结果对现场应用进行了指导。结果显示,当电压幅值为6 kV、电场频率为2000 Hz、占空比为70%、电压波形为矩形时,脱水效果最佳,脱水率可达到97.2%;在现场应用高频脉冲原油脱水装置后,单位运行能耗有所下降,吨液耗电量减少0.13 kWh,吨液耗气量减少1.07 m^(3),节能效果明显。研究结果可为同类站场的脱水处理提供实际参考。
With the intensification of emulsification degree of produced liquid,the conventional dehydra-tion methods can not meet the requirements of crude oil demulsification and there are problems such as long pro-cess flow and high energy consumption.In order to solve the above problems,the high frequency and high pressure pulse demulsifier has been constructed through using an indoor experimental device.The influence of non-electric field parameters on the rheology of crude oil emulsion and the influence of electric field parameters on the dehydration rate have been analyzed.The field application has been guided based on the laboratory exper-imental results.The results show that when the voltage amplitude is 6 kV,the electric field frequency is 2000 Hz,the duty cycle is 70%,and the voltage waveform is rectangular,the dehydration effect is the best,with de-hydration rate reaching 97.2%.After the application of high-frequency pulse crude oil dewatering device in the field,the unit operation energy consumption has decreased,the power consumption per ton of liquid has de-creased by 0.13 kWh,and the gas consumption per ton of liquid has decreased by 1.07 m^(3),which makes en-ergy conservation effect obvious.The results can provide practical reference for dehydration treatment of simi-lar stations.
