摘要
为解决大庆油田同井注采工业性试验区块投产后整体区块、部分单井未在最佳含水范围内生产,未能达到预期效果这一问题,通过可调节有效冲程抽油泵调整、管柱检测装置回流调整的方法对比,制定同井注采井井口含水率优化调整方案。某工业性试验区44口井中有32口井需要含水率优化,优化后产油增加5.4%,单井产液降幅43.1%,含水率下降5.97个百分点,实现了整体区块内调整采出液量和注水量之比,使油田在全开发生命周期内都在最佳含水范围内生产,提高了油田开发效果。
In order to solve the problem that the whole block and some single wells weren't produced within the optimal water cut range and failed to achieve the expected effect after the commissioning of the same well injection-production industrial test block in Daqing oilfield,the optimization and adjustment plan of water con-tent in the wellhead of the same well injection-production well is formulated by means of adjusting effective stroke pump adjustment and comparing the reflux adjustment scheme of the pipe string detection device.Thirty-two of 44 wells in an industrial test area block require water content optimization.After the optimization,the oil production increases by 5.4%,the liquid production of a single well decreases by 43.1%,and the water cut rate decreases by 5.97 percentage points,which realizes the ratio of adjusting the produced liquid and the water injection in the whole block,enables the oilfield to produce in the best water cut range during the whole development life cycle,and improves the development effect of oilfield.
