摘要
近年来,山东省莒南县按照龙头企业+产业链+产业集群思路,大力实施“中国好粮油”行动,推动粮油产业提质增效、融合发展,取得显著成效,但也存在产业融合水平不高、科技创新能力不强、品牌影响力不足等问题。建议进一步优化产业布局,提升标准化种植水平;加大科技创新,突破精深加工关键技术;强化品牌建设,提升市场竞争力;深化产业融合,打造全产业链集群;完善政策支持,破解发展瓶颈,以推动莒南县粮油产业高质量发展。
In recent years,according to thought of leading enterprises+industrial chain+industrial cluster,Junan County of Shandong Province has vigorously implemented"China's Good Grain and Oil"action,promoted quality and efficiency improvement,and integ-rated development of grain and oil industry,achieved remarkable results.However,there are also some problems,such as low level of industrial integration,weak ability of scientific and technological innovation,and insufficient brand influence.It is suggested to further optimize industrial layout,improve standard planting level,increase scientific and technological innovation,break through key techno-logies of deep processing,strengthen brand building,enhance market competitiveness,deepen industrial integration,build a whole in-dustrial chain cluster,improve policy support,crack bottleneck of development,to promote high quality development of grain and oil industry in Junan County.
